Screw down or threaded crowns are very common in water proof watches to help keep any moisture out of the watch. They also provide extra security and cannot be easily knocked off or pulled out and lost. The crowns must be unthreaded in able to set the time or wind the watch. With these sizes, it will be easy to replace the crowns that are on some of the larger watches sold today.

These crowns come complete with the case tube which is threaded on the crown end and can be easily installed in the watch with the smooth friction case end.
